Family Media is in a bid to always issue out its caring mandate. In that regard we are informing you, that our Satellite providers will be upgrading their systems. Therefore we are requesting you to rescan your television setting come the 1st of April.
This procedure is as simple as pie and will not take you more than five minutes. All you have to do is run a quick rescan with your remote control.
Take your remote control and click on to the OK button. Instantly you will spot a bar line with ‘TV channel’ indicated on it. Once that is sorted, press 5. This act highlights your TV channels that are available. Press OK button twice.
At this juncture you have all the Television channels. To get your Radio channels, press your TV/Radio button. This act deletes old settings. Go on and press 5. This highlights all your Radio channels. Press OK twice.
Once you are done with the process, press the Auto-Scan button. Using your left/right cursor key go to Search All. Press OK and wait for the rescanning to take effect. Once scanning is over press OK and Exit. Simply go back to TV mode by pressing your TV/ Radio button.
Your rescanning process is done and you can enjoy Family TV were we are always caring for you as well as, listen to Radio 316 for endless music.
