In this day and age of fancy gym equipment, group exercise classes, and late night infomercial, in-home workout gadgets, it's easy to lose sight of one of the most effective forms of exercise available: free weights. What about those who cannot afford all these forms of keeping fit? Well, Family Media not only cares about you spiritually but also about your personal health. We achieve this by airing health shows on your favorite T.V station to answer all your medical questions, free of charge, on air every weekday on “Family Doctor” and the monthly live “Doctors on Call” show.
This year the weekly health show is getting a new lease of life. The show is actually growing bigger and better; it will have more topics discussed by different professionals, all on one show, unlike what we had previously where only one topic was featured on the entire show. This is not meant to scare you but to make you better understand what happens in different hospital departments.

This couldn't get any better because I can confidently report that the “Upgraded” show, meant to start soon, will have different segments catering for the very young, the young, the old and the very old.
The segments will include Alternative and General Health which will involve consumer safety, dangers of drug abuse, smoking, fitness etc. Musculoskeletal Health - if you have been having backaches, headaches, extremities or neck pains, this is the show for you. The rest, just but to mention a few, include Nutrition and Herbs , Pediatric Health , Sports & Fitness , Senior Health , Women's Health. You see, the show will have it all under one package – and with renowned professionals!
