Did you know that Joel Osteen was in Nairobi Kenya last weekend? It was such a surprise to our CEO too after receiving a call from Joel requesting for a meeting. All along Joel Osteen has been thinking that no one recognises him here in Kenya and thought it would be a good holiday away from celebrity dome. To his surprise! all the way from the airport ,to the game reserves ,his hotel etc everyone recognized him thanks to Family T.V which airs his preaching sermons every Thursday at 7.30pm.

Joel Osteen who together with his family had come to visit his brother Paul who has been working in a certain hospital in Kitale Kenya for the last few months could not hide his joy when he saw that millions of Kenyans receive his life changing messages through Family media and he is actually almost everyone’s  favourite. He was so moved and couldn’t wait to meet Family Media C.E.O Leo Slingerland on Saturday night.

As we all know Osteen is one of the most celebrated speakers in the world today as he teaches by giving his own real life experience examples. He loved Kenyan people so much and come next year oh people!!!! He has lots of surprises for you all thanks to Family Media again. Joel felt that he must give back to the Kenya community come next year.

Accompanied by his friend who is also his head of T.V, Joel promised to come back to Kenya next year God willing with his musicians and have a good time in God’s presence through singing and preaching about Jesus courtesy of the leading Christian broadcast in Kenya Family Media. Isn’t it good news people? Let us pray and hope that God keeps us.
