BECOME A MEMBER OF THE LARGEST FAMILY IN KENYA.

2006 was a great year for Family Media. We celebrated 7 years on air by launching transmission of Family FM and Family TV in Kisumu and Eldoret areas respectively.

Alongside this, we inaugurated our Family Membership campaign where we shared our vision to cover not just Kenya but Africa with the good news of Christ’s love through Family TV and Family FM. To be able to do this we came up with the Family Members Campaign code named “2102.

The Family Members’ Campaign:

The Family Members’ campaign kicked off officially 1st July 2006. This was in response to our vision for Africa where we needed approximately kshs. 100 million to achieve this goal.

This may sound such a large and daunting task but we believe the god who has graciously called us to this ministry through media will meet this need. So in response to our faith in God we asked for 10,000 members who would commit to give 1000kshs every month for 12 months or a one off payment of ksh. 12,000 annually to support Family.

Those who responded to this call for Membership into our family by giving monthly donations got certificates of membership into Family, great Worship DVDs, a special free e-mail account courtesy of Family media {yourname@partner.familykenya.com}, 2007 TBN Family Media edition calendars and chance to participate in our special partner events just as a small measure of our gratitude for their support and generosity.

And what was the people’s verdict on this?

Simply Amazing! Praise God that within months of sharing this vision and launching the Family Membership, we already have raised 4000 partners who have walked with us steadily through the past 6 months. We thank God for these precious saints who make it possible for us to keep doing what the Lord has called us to do: Share His love through Christ to a world that desperately needs Him.

How Can I Be a Blessing too?

It’s quite simple really….. We still have room for thousands more to join Family’s ever growing number o f Family members. By choosing to become a Family Member you become a channel of God’s love and blessings to millions who will hear and watch Family FM and Family TV.

In addition to this great truth, you will become a part of the largest Family in Kenya and have chance to participate in special Family events and programs. Every month you will also receive small tokens of appreciation from us as well as updates about your partnership.
The easiest part though is that to become a Family Member all you have to do is SMS your name and physical contacts to 7887. One of our staff members should be able to call you back and make you a part of this great channel of blessing.

How can I support Family?

By sending in a donation of kshs. 1000 every month, or making a one off payment of kshs. 12000 you automatically help support our station. You may make your deposits through bank transfers or over the counter at any Co-Operative bank branch country wide.
