Shake the only show in the Kenyan media houses that gives you nothing but the best of Christian contemporary music, exclusive interviews with some of the best and most celebrated international artists and artist info which is a major plus since viewers are kept up to speed on the music careers ,lives of their favorite artists. The programme has now moved from Tuesday 8.00PM to Wednesday 7.30PM on Family T.V and Friday on Radio 316 at 9.00PM with your girl Amber.

Shake made its debut on Kenyan T.V in the early 90's with the first of its shows airing on KTN. This was groundbreaking television since it ushered in the era of contemporary Christian music which i must say had a very positive reception by audiences across Kenya. Artists who were eagerly waiting to make it to the mainstream would get airplay on Shake making it the show to watch.

The show then took a ten year hiatus making its grand re-entry on Family TV two years ago. Not only was it being broadcast on TV but it was also airing on RADIO 316 and could be streamed via our website (www.radio316.net) .This meant that the scope of the listenership widened in leaps and bounds.

This it should be noted was not the only major highlight of the show. Amber the presenter of Shake gave it a new breath of life with her erstwhile presentation skills and delivery. Being the only show to interview gospel artists at the GMA Dove awards has also set it apart from other shows since exclusives have been coined over and over on the show thus quenching the thirst of most if not all Shake fans.
