RURAL CHURCHES NOW HAVE FAMILY.

“Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.  Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.  And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times; having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” 2 Corinthians 9:6-8

When one of our partners who sought to remain anonymous sent a cheque to purchase a total of ten family satellite dishes which she said should be donated to some churches in rural areas where Family media signals have not reached we were all overwhelmed. One thing remains for sure that as others benefit from our faithful giving – giving of our time and money - they in turn will praise God.
Family media team worked tirelessly together to come up with names of churches in areas like Marsabit, Maralal, Nyeri, Doldol, Moyale, Kitale and Isiolo.

Through God’s guidance and devoted team work we came up with the name of the churches and talked to their pastors who were so excited about the good news and all they said was “May God bless Family and the partner who donated the dishes.” You see they praised God.

Some pastors travelled overnight to our offices to collect their gifts. The mood was unexplainable as some of them had no idea of how T.V studios looked like and coming to Family Media was like a dream come true. We humbly thank that partner who gave from her heart just like the bible says in 2 Corinthians 9:9 “He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor; His righteousness endures forever.” You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.

We are all happy here at Family Media for such kind generosity and helping us in fulfilling our mission which is “Reaching the whole of Africa with the gospel of Jesus Christ.”  The donations by which you have proved yourselves, men will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for you generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else.  And in their prayers for you their hearts will go out to you, because of the surpassing grace God has given you. Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift! We can happily report that the church congregation is enjoying Family T.V shows crystal clear and endless music on Radio 316. What more can we say?
