"In year 2002 the Lord spoke to me to come back on my tithe. I agreed to His calling and I thought Family Media would be an ideal place for me to tithe since it's the only Christian Ministry we have in Kenya in terms of media i.e. TV and radio reaching out to almost everyone in Africa. Family has been such a blessing to me and I can boldly say that I rely on this station for my daily spiritual nourishment. I felt obliged to support it because I wanted the same blessing to reach many others out there. I like Benny Hinn who is like my spiritual father, Bill Graham and Creflo Dollar also inspire me a lot especially when I was so low and no one to turn to-I knew I could count on these men of God to uplift my spirit. I am so happy to be associated with Family and I would like to tell people that tithing is a command from God so let us support this Ministry it is our own"

THE MIND BEHIND RADIO 316 & FAMILY MEDIA FACEBOOK GROUPS.
CHARLES KEMBOI-STUDENT DAYSTAR UNIVERSITY

Charles Kemboi is one passionate person about Family Media and his way of supporting the ministry is amazing. He came to learn about Family Media when its air waves hit his home town-Nakuru back in 2004 and he had just cleared high school.

He became a big fun of Radio 316 and Family TV too and decided since he didn't have any formal income to financially support Family he created a general group on face book under the name- TBN Family Media. According to him this was the best thing he could ever have done since these social networks were the in thing in form of communication and still growing thus becoming the fastest and the most common in the communication world with the likes of Twitter and my space being the latest in the market after face book.

After successfully inviting his 100 plus friends to join the TBN Family group, he thought Jam 316 was many peoples favourite and created the group 'JAM 316 ROCK' currently Radio 316 rocks which saw many people joining thus connecting with the rest of the world on-line.

"I love Family Media so much it is my only source of hope and strength in this journey of salvation. I am happy that I have been able to influence most of my peers to the kingdom thanks to Family Media which helps us grow spiritually. I believe with the new technology that is face book, twitter, my space etc Family media will reach many more people from all walks of life. This is the fastest mode of communication so am sure more souls will be reached. I am happy that people are catching up and appreciating the new technology even Kibaki likes it too. "I joined Family Media as a partner back in September 2000. The thing that really inspired me to assist in this wonderful ministry is the kind of programming. The shows have been of so much help to my life and I thought it was wise for someone else somewhere also to benefit from them. People like us in the rural areas like where I come from -Limuru really love Family media because it makes us connect with other Christians from all over. I so much like Doctors on call because the show is so educative and some of the things we hear on the show are hardly said in hospitals. God changes people is also a very good show because even the less learned people back in the village can understand and be encouraged. Family TV airs most of the real issues happening in our day to day life. All I may say is that God bless you Family for the great work you are doing. Personally my faith in God has really grown. From the time I was really young till now I am so in love with Family media. I would rather miss out all the other TV signals but Family never ever!! Early last year we became part of Family Media by supporting them financially. Family TV especially has been such a blessing to us and our kids. The main reason why we agreed as a family to support this great ministry is because we felt that there was a need to keep them on air. This is because we felt that people out there need Gods' grace because life has become somehow hard. My family has come this far due to the spiritual teachings and real life stories that come as testimonies on Family TV. We get so uplifted, encouraged and most of them all assurance that God is still in His throne no matter what we may face on day today life. Let us support Family Media because its our church 24/7 always there when we need encouragement and people to talk to. To us it has become a church. Long live Family Media

Satellite Beneficiary: Dr. Riara Gichuyia

Though a staunch Christian, Dr. Riara Gichuyia, the Provincial Director of Medical Services in charge of Central Province, had never heard of Family TV. It it's not a wonder then that he had no words to amount to the gratitude to express to Family Media which, through partners, had donated satellite dishes to a number of hospitals in the province. This rare gift was a great surprise to him since it's not often that people make such gestures. When he got the news he discussed it with his panel who, in turn, got very excited anticipating the arrival of the dishes. Dr. Gichuyia is very optimistic that Family Media will change lives of many patients in the hospitals. Moreover, it will offer encouragement by assuring them that after all hope is not lost. I am personally so proud of Family Media and the work its doing, it is so African and am not ashamed when I ask people to support it financially because its ours and be proud of it. I was one time enjoying one of the many great shows and I saw an appeal asking people to contribute. I was really touched and asked myself why am enjoying something that am not supporting ever since am a member and understand why I should keep God's work. I know through our support many lives have changed. Through my support am fulfilling my desire of doing God's work .My relationship with God has become deeper thanks to the only media house that has a message of encouragement in every situation. I first gave my life to Jesus back in 1980 but felt that life was not so fun in Christ so I back slide and went down to Mombasa to make money like many of my friends. I really wanted to become filthy rich but every time I did my daily devotions I always felt that God was on my case because all the verses I read were challenging my action for going back to the worldly things. One day I was flipping through T.V channels and saw Family T.V the sermon was really great pastor Chuck Smith made me think twice and in 2007 I rededicated my life to Christ. Family T.V and Radio 316 have been of great encouragement and I got my salvation through this great ministry. We need to support them and bring more lives to Christ as they reach the unreached. Purity Mbauni: Family Partner

“I have partnered with Family Media for two years now. It is my all time favourite T.V station. Between year 2004-2005 I lost both of my parents and my siblings, it was one of those moments when I thought my life was coming to an end I even went for counselling but I realised I never got the healing that Family T.V gave me through encouragements .I had sleepless nights which were made shorter through sermons from the likes of Joel Osteen, TD Jakes and many more .I would love to see more programmes on family issues and the youth even on the Family note for Family Media is our only hope. God bless Family media and I pray that more partners will support this wonderful organisation.
