When Family Media was launched, Leo Slingerland, the founder and the vision bearer had no idea how he would run the ministry with only KSh30,000 in his account. It was a calling from God and so he pinned his faith on Him, not on finances. He knew God works in many ways and would provide the means.
Initially our coverage was limited to Nairobi and the surrounding areas but today, we are telling a completely different story. Thanks to satellite technology and the internet, we can now reach people anywhere in the world.
